Privacy Policy

Last updated 22 October 2026

Attention Span Lab (attentionspanlab.com) is a free focus-training web app made by Liju Thomas. This page explains what data the app uses and where it goes.

The short version

Signing in with Google or Facebook

Signing in is optional. If you choose "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Facebook", that service shares your name, email address and profile photo with the app. The app uses them only to show your name and photo, and stores them in your browser alongside your profile. They are not sent anywhere else.

Google and Facebook handle the sign-in itself under their own privacy policies: Google Privacy Policy and Meta Privacy Policy.

Other services the page loads

Deleting your data

Because nothing is stored on a server, there is no copy of your data for us to delete.

Not a medical service

The Focus Check and reports are for curiosity and self-tracking only. They are not a medical or diagnostic test.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page will change too.
